Here at the Dabi Atlante online store, the prices shown are not necessarily the same as those at the brand's authorized resellers, as are the promotions - which are independent and valid only for purchases made at the time the offers are displayed.

For orders that were not accepted during the promotions presentation period, it is possible to apply any changes in values, in accordance with the offers and prices in force at the time of approval of the purchase.

Payment in the Dabi Atlante online store can be made via bank slip or credit card from the brands: Visa, Mastercard, Elo, American Express, Diner, Hipercard, Hiper, Discover, Aura, JBC and Cabal.

Regarding purchases in installments on a credit card, a minimum value of R$200 per installment applies, with a maximum of 10 interest-free installments. However, Dabi Atlante reserves the right to change the installment limit for payment according to promotional actions and analysis of specific cases.

Exchange and return

Here you have the guarantee of being able to exchange or return the equipment purchased, if you regret the purchase. To do this, you must contact the Customer Service Center on 0800 941 5650 within 7 (seven) calendar days to assess the situation and arrange procedures for sending the product to Dabi Atlante.

Check out the step-by-step guide to request the exchange or return of a Dabi Atlante product:

• You can return your product if the packaging is damaged, if it does not comply with the order placed in the Dabi Atlante online store or if you abandon the purchase;

• The exchange or return must be requested within 7 (seven) calendar days, counting from receipt of the product;

• The product must be in perfect condition: original packaging, without marks or signs of misuse and with all seals and labels intact;

• If the product meets the above requirements, you must contact 0800 941 5650 and agree on the procedures for returning the order to Dabi Atlante.

• Once we have the product, we will analyze its condition and contact you within 3 business days;

• If the analyzed product does not meet the established conditions, it will be sent back to you. If everything is ok, we will exchange or refund the money, according to your request.

• All of our specifications for exchanging and returning products purchased from the Dabi Atlante online store are in accordance with the Consumer Protection Code.
